At 1MFounders, we believe that talent is universal, but opportunity is not. Our mission is to empower vulnerable Black youth and underserved communities with the skills, resources, mentorship, and support needed to build successful futures where they are.
For years, we have worked to uplift young people across the United States through entrepreneurship, leadership development, workforce readiness, and community-building programs. Today, we are expanding that impact across Africa, creating pathways for youth to thrive in their home countries through innovation, agriculture, and business creation.

Our Work in Africa
Through our Ghana office, 1MFounders is helping cultivate the next generation of African entrepreneurs, agripreneurs, and community leaders. We provide end-to-end support that helps young people move from ideas to sustainable businesses through:
